How to get help in lowering gaze?
# Intention-he who intends chastity, Allah will keep him chaste (Saheeh Muslim)
# Avoid places where obscenity is common, including TV
# Early nikah otherwise fact (Bukhari)
# Salah with concentration
# Avoid bad company
# Remember Allah is watching
# Remember it is zina of eyes (Bukhari)
# Remember we will be questioned regarding the used of our eyes
# First accidental glace is not sinful, but the second is sinful (Abu Dawood)
Say to the believing men that they cast down their looks...
