As precious as gold!

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful. 

Do you love to eat ice-cream?

Either you are an ice-cream lover or not, I am not about talking about the delicious ice-creams.

But, let’s take a look on the Islamic value that is hidden in these mouth-watering deserts.

I’ve just watched an advertisement on a brand new product from Magnum.

The vanilla ice-cream looks scrumptious as it is coated with honeycomb sauce. Mm..

As precious as gold, as good as Magnum. 

Have you ever noticed that the flavours of the ice-creams are almost the same?  

– Chocolate, vanilla, coffee, mocha etc. 

And most important of all, they are all ice-creams, cold and tasty. Only the coatings make them different.  

So, just imagine, our heart is just the same as those ice-creams.

Some hearts are coated with Jahiliyah, just like the ice-creams that are coated with chocolate.

Some hearts are coated with sins , just like the ice-creams that are coated with chocolate and crunchy hazelnuts.

Some hearts are coated with sincerity, just like the ice-creams that are coated with white chocolate.

Some hearts are coated with faith (iman), just like the ice-creams that are coated with ‘gold’.

Is our heart as pure as gold? 

It is up to us to choose which of these coatings that are suitable for our heart.
